But this leads to a deeper discussion about what many people of color experience in the workplace….your boss tells you that who you are and your current look doesn’t fit the culture of the company: Your natural hair should be replaced by a perm or your goatee makes you look too militant. Most of us have been there before.

one of the senior technician (JASON) WILL NOT GIVE IS LAST NAME that was working in the pharmacy stole at leat 5000 (either worth of pills or dollars amount). and the call cooper city police.the memeber of management and other employee were giving them (COOPER CITY P[OLICE) information to have me arrestted some of those office were friend or family of friend that work in the store. IT WAS THE VIDEO TAPE THAT ONE LOOK AT WHEN HE SEE THAT IT WAS NOT ME.THOU THEY SEE THE TAPE WAS STILL INSISTED TO ARRESST ME. SAYING THEY HAVE THIER WORD,MANAGER, f***y- AT THAT TIME AND ASSIST WHICH IS HE COUSING – CARLOS TO GET RIDE OF THE TAPE. AND FROM THEM START REMOVING THE TAPE. ANOTHER MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT CAUGHT CARLOS TO HIM TO PUT IT BACK WOULD NOT, SO SHE CALL WALGREEN HEAD DEPARTMENT AND SHE SAID THEY TOLD SHE THEY DO NOT CARE. THAT’S WHAT SAVE ME FROM BEING WRONGFULLY ARRESTED. THEN THE HEAT FIRED UP AGAINST ME WHEN I WAS NOT THE ONE PUT IN HANDCUFF AND TAKEN TO PRISON.
THEY CALL TO GET MY LICENSE REVOKE – WALGREEN DID NOT PAY FOR IT.
HAVE PEOPLE FLASHING POLICE BAG TO INTIMIDATE ME, ALSO bso coopeer city, officer, & evening taking false statement for free meds. class 3-5 pills.

Good Evening, today is Monday, December 17, 2012, my name is Joan Morris. Madam, I’ll be brief in my request, knowing you are pressing with various task for your new position. District Pharmacy technician supervisor, Angel -male, when to NOVA SOUTHEASTERN PHARMACY SCHOOL, then few month after, IT WAS Deyanira (spelling maybe off),
where I was extremely discriminated against.

Who see and had no -fault in / with me, even complement me for the work and customer service I do and give each person. and will/ would not get rid of me even though they were doing there unselfish things to me.
And when they when to Mr. Paul Palermo he would not either.
But, when the district split, Joan Bustello & Ms. Marisol Perez not even 60 month. The SLANDER, ETC. I FEEL DAILY.

START CALL ME THE NIGER WORD ESPECIALLY WHEN I REPORTED THE EVENT / INCIDENT. UNDER DISTRICT 262, They then would insult me before customer, all and run / send me home.
