Now for any U.S. citizen a more productive debate, endeavor over and above any question of race or class division, would be to hold elected officials accountable to his or her oath of office to respect and uphold the U.S. Constitution, an appropriate State Constitution, the rule of law, etc.

Be it past (former Congresswoman Diane Watson) or the present…President Barack Obama, Congresswoman Karen Bass, multiple members of the Congressional Black Caucus, formally petitioned but no response of any kind 2nd District LA County Supervisor Mark Ridley Thomas, Los Angeles City Council persons Bernard Parks, disgraceful Herb Wesson, etc., are under oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution, the California Constitution, the appropriate State Constitution, the “rule of law”……especially in instances to where any law abiding U.S. citizen, who is also a constituent in his or her jurisdiction is egregiously violated by government.
USC, Amendment 14 – Citizenship Rights.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

SEC. 19. The Legislature shall prescribe compensation for judges of courts of record.
A judge of a court of record may not receive the salary for the judicial office held by the judge while any cause before the judge remains pending and undetermined for 90 days after it has been submitted for decision.

When the court system fails to do its job then elected officials are under oath to hold judges accountable to the Constitution…..a primary function of all elected officials.

About Race and class being left off the table. Are not corporation empowered to define who and whom it should allow on or off the table. What doe’s the corporate charter dictate? I truly believe anyone talking about the duty of corporations should study the origins and purpose for the creating of corporations on the North American continent. Absent this discovery any discussions, on this subject is lacking true depth and scope. Let’s stop acting as though we have infinite knowledge on all subjects an bring in some real researchers to discuss “ORIGINAL INTENT” of the founders for designing and participating in the adoption of the American Commercial Plantation.
