Secret Service to Investigate Bullet Riddled Obama Shirt

A spokesman for the Secret Service has confirmed that a photograph showing a group of men with guns holding up a bullet riddled Obama t-shirt will be investigated. The photo shows seven men in all, with four of them holding what appear to be assault rifles, and one man holding up an Obama “HOPE” t-shirt filled with bullet holes.

The New York Times is reporting that the photograph surfaced on the Facebook page of an Arizona police sergeant on January 20th.

“We are aware of it. Anytime information is brought to our attention that a group or individual expresses an unusual interest in one of our protectees, we conduct the appropriate follow-up,” said Secret Service spokesman Max Milien.

Whether you are wagging your bony age spotted finger in the president like that old witch from Arizona did the other day. Or proudly displaying a photograph of a bullet ridden Obama t-shirt with your trailer trash buddies on Facebook. Threatening the President of the United States is a class D felony. These idiots most likely think that they are expressing free speech but they are wrong. And hopefully these Arizona Rednecks will all be rounded up and given a five year stay at the nearest prison, and their governor will be forced to step down because of the possibility that she encouraged their racist ignorance.

So I know you where outraged when people all over the country and the world burned pictures and the likeness of George Bush right? I’m sure you were the fist person that said “lock them all up!”

Actually, I was very appalled that people burned pictures of President Bush. Anytime a U. S. president is publically disrespected by Americans it bothers me. It was not okay to publicly disrespect President Bush and it’s not okay to disrespect President Obama. You see Money44, it’s about the office, people like you tend to think in something so mundane as the color of one’s skin. However, the personal attacks made on Bush were not due to the color of his skin, they were due to his extremely weak policies. No one likened Bush to Adolf Hitler, no one wagged their fingers in Bush’s face. No one shouted out “you lie” during his State of the Union address, no so- called Southern Baptist preacher prayed for George Bush’s death and tried to bring others to hell with him by requesting they do the same. No one ever personally attacked Laura Bush or any of his children eventhough Bush’s daughters were established as blatant alcoholics. And so Mr. or Ms. Mooney44, I really don’t give a damn at all how you feel about President Obama. But I will do my part small as it may be to defend him and his family against trailer trash attacks by some dumb ass Redneck that speaks his racist rhetoric concerning our duly elected president whenever I get the chance. If you don’t like it there is always a neocon website that would be delighted to read one of your racist comments about President Obama. With that said, the only thing else I can tell you is to stay away from this particular black oriented website if it pisses you off that much.

I don’t think you fully understand the implications Knutz. Threatening the life of anyone much less the president is really not a laughing matter. If someone threatened you I am quite sure you wouldn’t find it funny and make some sort of joke about it.

I wouldn’t consider it a threat if it was shooting at a T-shirt with my picture on it . Maybe I’m a little callous because I actually know what its like to be shot . I live where I’m more at risk of being shot by a black teenager than a bunch of rednecks .
Keep an eye on this incident I have a feeling we’ve heard the last of this particular case.

Secret Service please, please do your job. I have seen a lot of things that you have just slide, and the buck should stop here. The President should be protected at all cost, no matter where the threat comes from. Had this been a group of BLACK men hold up a Bush shirt riddled with bullet holes, their sorry behinds would be locked up for life. The President’s office should not have double standards, as my grandparents us to say “what’s good for the goose is good for the gander”. This needs to stop, and Jan the hack face Brewer should be at the top of the list and give the President and his office and apology. I’m sure she thinks that hell would freeze over first.

Please Secret Service do your job and stop some of this madness.

as appalling as this is , is it really a crime? the president is the guy to hate these days shooting at his likeness on a empty T-Shirt that they purchased is far from shooting at him . It seems our rights are being whittled down an a daily basis after this will I have to take down my Ronald Reagan dart board , My Dubya toilet seat , toss out my GOP cat litter box , My nude painting of Eleanor Roosevelt on velvet ?

Brother Knutz, you’re still missing the point aren’t you? Let me give you an example as to why this is such a dangerous situation. Last year, Sarah Palin used rhetoric that mentioned using weapons, cros-hairs, and reloading against what she called “our political enemies” in fact she mention a few by name, which included Arizona Congresswoman Gabby Giffords; not long after that Democratic Congresswoman Giffords was shot in the face at point blank range. These Rednecks are being investigated but there are still other Redneck bigots out there who hate President Obama just as much. It has nothing with the T-shirt that you seem so fixated on. Any threat whether subtle or blatant should be taken seriously. If you think it’s nothing, it would be better that you keep that though to yourself because I can guarantee there are not many people that will agree you unless they are Obama haters.

When was Sarah Palin charged and prosecuted I must have missed it ? I fail to see the danger to the president by shooting at a T-shirt . Going by your rhetoric just think of the implication if they washed it in chlorine bleach .

Brother you and I have very different thought patterns and it is no use in debating this thought with you. Of course, Sarah Palin was not charged for the shooting of Giffords, but it doesn’t mean that she was not responsible. However, that is my opinion and I don’t expect you to follow my opinions just like I could never follow yours. With that said, if you want to defend these bigots it is totally up to you. I’m sure you would have the support of someone like Herman Cain at least, because he has the slave mentality that makes him want to defend the master at all cost. Apparently I am right about it because these backwood Bubbas are at this time being investigated by the Secret Service. I am so glad that they are not following your logic by saying that it’s just T-shirt because if they did President Obama would be in a world of trouble. And Sarah Palin can come back and tell her people to go ahead and reload because no one would mind.

If those knuckle heads are indited and or charge with a crime I’ll come back here and issue you a heart felt apology . This is still America what little is left.

@Knutz, I really believe that they will be made an example of you just watch. They are not the only ones that the Secret Service is investigating. There are a lot of nuts out there wanting to do something stupid. You could be right that this was just some stupid Rednecks out having fun by shooting up a T-shirt and they’re so dumb until they placed this photo on Facebook for laughs. But there are some very serious haters that won’t worry about positing on Facebook as long as they can carry out their plans against President Obama. This is why every threat big or small needs to be investigated.
