Florida Student Becomes Violent in Class The Day After Being Interviewed About Trayvon Martin

A woman who has apparently had enough with senseless violence in her home state of Florida, attacks her teacher and fellow students in class.  She’d been interviewed about the Trayvon Martin case the day before, and some are wondering if this played a role in her actions.

Crackerjack Chris, you are the only indigent critter being ignored, as Elizabeth stated you are not worth the time or effort. You are extremely ignorant and wrong on all accounts.

One thing we know for sure, your uncivilized species aka pwt never owed or were able to afford slaves maids nannies or servants, past or present.

It was very easy and convenient for your parasites/parents to inbred, you do have gibbs extensively on both sides, correct?

All this blaming black and afrikans for all the violence is real phony. As far as I know, all the gun and ammo makers are owned and controlled by people that are not afrikan and blacks. The gun that killed the 17 year old was more than likely made in a factory owned and operated by somebody not black. All this anger over some so-called black president and this phony war on terror is the real problem. It’s ironic how some white people expect black’s be all quiet and be all loyal to some crazy country that abuses them right in their faces.

I cant believe you blame the guns and ammo makers for the deaths of your brothers or the others. The guns are what kept other countries out of the ol’ USA for so long. YES Chris, you are SORRY for trying to justify chattel slavery by claiming your hands are clean because your forebears didn’t have enough money to own a slave, or that Africans sold other Africans making it ALRIGHT for whites to engage and perpetuate the Trans-Atlantic Black Holocaust you frikkin MORON.

His killer should be arrested. I was talking to someone about the case and they made the comment that if the kid was white and the shooter black the shooter would be under the jail on his way to the electric chair. It’s okay to stand for what you believe and how you feel. It’s okay to be angry about the Trayvon Martin case. It’s okay for ALL of these emotions coming out of people BUT blaming ALL white people for ONE man’s actions is NOT okay. The way she handled this situation was NOT okay at all. I was kind of embarrassed watching this. When a lot of people of different races and ethnic backgrounds think of African American they see bitter, angry and crazy people. This is doing nothing but backing up what they’re saying. Martin Luther King wouldn’t be proud of this. I do NOT feel like there was ANY excuse for her behavior. She could have handled her anger and emotions in a better way and got her point across. Whatever her point was.

That is why I have posted the posts I have and it is because I recognize the rage.

This is not 1820, 1920, it is nearing 2020. Black people today will not take what black people took in years past and rage is building which is dangerous.

White people can get mad at these posts, they can try and teach history or reteach or deny history, but a rage is building.

Keep discriminating and hating on black people until they are against the wall then woe to all of us.

It was a miracle that this incident did not turn into a Columbine, but black folk are not made that way.

However, I feel profondly for this young lady, and I am still ashamed of the young sisters lauging, and getting a YouTube moment.

Sorry, this kind of thinking is just wrong and will only lead to the deaths of many. Violence only begets more violence, and if you justify such things it’ll keep escalating until we have another civil war on our hands. I respect all of those who are peacefully protesting this awful injustice. The history’s upsetting, for sure, but if we don’t move on in a positive way, we’ll never be able to move forward. Those that are slaughtering the thousands of blacks in Africa are black themselves, so there’s something more than race to all this. Hate and anger breed only more human injustice, period.

SHE WAS USING HER 1ST AMEND RIGHTS AT HER SCHOOL. ANOTHER PROBLEM I HAD…HOW THE WHITE MAN IN GREEN SHIRT CAME IN THE ROOM WITH A YOUNG LADY UPSET AND HE RETURNED WITH ANGRY too WITH HER. IT WAS THE WRONG MOVE ON THAT EDUCATIONAL OFFICIAL. I want the teacher to be investigated and the adult with the green shirt too on how they approached her.

George, she does not have a problem, she is fed up with racism. Black people are victimized daily and you get sick and tired. I am middle age and I have endured unbearable racism from whites. I am educated, I attend church, and my mother was biracial so we were not raised racist. However, my whole life, I have been treated badly by a lot of whites. Young people today are sick and tired and they want the same opportunities and they get tired of being treated badly just because of the color of their skin.

Like I said in previous posts, I do blame the teacher for (1) not clearing the classroom for the protection of the students and for the young lady herself (2) it was shameful to see young people laughing and taking photos, they are young but they should know better.

When the male authority came in he should have asked all of the students to leave and then observed the young lady until help arrived.

The whole incident was very disgraceful for all, I was personally ashamed. I am also very concerned for this young lady, I hope she can get into another school and continue on with counseling. Whites love to see you become upset then you can’t think.

Our President is a good example of keeping a cool head under pressure and our young people should use him as an example.

One other point is black women are often perceived as loud, nasty etc. and so this is why it was embarassing for me to see other young black women video this display of anger. It should helped add to the stereotype.

Black men are often the main ones to criticize black women, they have been trained that way. I see this everyday and to see these young black women criticize and laugh, they were really laughing at the whole black female race. So sad!

Elizabeth, in your response to George you said “she doesn’t have a problem” then immediately contradict yourself by mentioning her problem. You also mentioned one of the presidents strengths of grace under pressure or cool headedness. Surely that ‘student’ could benefit from a bit of that. But to say she doesn’t have a problem ! ! Wow .. numerous threats of killing, hitting another student forcefully in the head who was sitting quietly saying nothing. Umm doesnt that fit with something else you complained about.. “being treated badly just because of the color of their skin.”? Whats YOUR definition of a psychopath?
You spend all that time defending this nut-case, then rail against those young black girls who had the audacity of documenting this outrageous behavior. What ??? Are you a supporter of the don’t snitch crowd?
(Stereotypes become stereotypes for the reason of continued observation of similarities by the way.) Can’t you see that if this had gone another way you would then be applauding the existance of this clip?
As difficult and as sad as it is … this girl has done serious damage to herself .. she alone must shoulder the blame.
You blame the teacher who is only trying to continue his class. you blame the school administrators who are called in to a serious situation, You blame EVERYONE but the one who is at fault.
On another of your posts: Granted that Chris Gibbs’ evaluation of the situation was less than kindly put, but I would hardly call it a rant. Your response to him fully fits the description of a rant however.

Completely misplaced aggression and a very divisive tirade. How can you support this and say that her actions are beneficial? This is CLEARLY not the venue for this type of “speech” It seems, based on some of her comments, that this is a science class. She is screaming at fellow students and a professor, many of whom probably agree with her. These people are neither the villian nor in a position of power to condemn Zimmerman.

Perhaps David King, but she SNAPPED regardless of the subject matter…besides, she’s young and probably is unaware of “white privilege” that has held sway for centuries.
Personally…my only regret with her DRAMA is the audio of the video – still don’t know what the heck was being said! – but I do applaud her passion if it was indeed about the murder of Trayvon and the total dismissal of the criminal act of premeditated murder by Zimmerman. It is MUCH too commonplace by victims of the black community by the dominant culture. Our lives DO matter….if only to us.

Yes, I think that the young ladies outburst was inappropriate. We must try to maintain our cool at all times because we don’t want to get shot by a “neighborhood watch leader” carrying a gun!
However, at the same time, enough is enough! My question is. Why was the teacher’s approach to this young woman immediately hostile when he entered the room? He has no clue about what had taken place.

For example, how was the airline stewardess handled a few weeks ago when she went ballistic on the plane, as she was making the standard announcements before the plane even left the gate? The people that approached her began to immediately try and calm her down. Their initial approach was not hostile and defensive. Even when they had to get a little firm, they did it in a way not to harm her and get her off the plane. Then her actions were summarized as she was overly stressed out, on medication and there were no plans to file any charges against her.

Now, this young woman goes ballistic because of being so upset about the injustices being played out with the Trayvon Martin case. And, the teacher enters the room and immediately assumes a hostile posture because she was screaming at him. So what! Or, should I say he tried to stay calm for 1 second. He did nothing to try and calm her down and settle her. He should have entered the room; saw what was happening; asked all the other students to leave the room and then proceed with being a teacher/leader and try to diffuse the situation.

She was clearly upset over the seriousness of what happened to Trayvon Martin and it had gotten to her. That’s all but some persons commenting here want to make this a criminal case but George Zimmerman, the murder, is walking or should I say, “hiding out” without one criminal charge being pressed against him to date and he murdered someone. No for real, someone’s DEAD! Those actions are what deserve criminal charges.

The “BLACK MALE” teacher who entered the room is also a victim of racism. He has been trained that all black women are ugly, loud, vile and wrong. So, he entered the classroom in a rage, his hatred of black women came out and he lost control.

I get this often from black men. I was in a store recently to drop off a medical prescription and a white female customer was rude. As I was speaking to the pharmacist, she walked up and just asked a question and I asked her to wait. She exploded and I asked for the manager. He was a black male, I explained the problem, did not raise my voice as the white woman ranted above both of us.

After the incident, I went to him to thank him for coming back to the pharmacy to calm the situation and he just glared at me.

So, the black male became angry with me I guess beause how dare I call him on a white female. I never raised my voice, did not use profanity, had just left church, but he treated me like the enemy. I am very leary of black males especially those in authority, they can be dangerous to black women. I am changing my pharmacy location.

Well, after all the pros and cons, does anyone really know what this young lady’s problem is? Yet most have clearly stated a conclusion for her actions as if the knew her personally. I make no excuses or judgements. I wonder what the reactions would have been if the young lady were white and fed up with something she had taken exception to by someone black. Cursing and swearing and threatening. Don’t blame the classmates they too are young people and the teacher as well. No one knows is security was alerted by him. We all know the don’t always respond quickly. The young lady had no respect for authority when ordered to leave. Lte’s let cooler heads and hearts prevail and don’t jump to conclusions. It seem as if Blacks only get upset if a Black person has been done wrong by a European American and why is that?
Now where were Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton when Asian students were getting beat up by Black high school students in Philadelphia? Where was the outcry over this? Violence is wrong no matter who starts it. As Malcom X once said, a snake is a snake regardless of its color.

As far as the HISPANIC man who wrongly killed a black child, I believe we will all enjoy seeing him in cuffs. I am confident this will happen thanks to uproar in the community. I applaud the effort.

Why I am on this site? Originally, it was by accident. Dr. Watkins tried to turn a night out at a football game into a crime in one of his racist sports posts. Sheesh … another IGNORANT azz comment from the only people that are inherently racist themselves. SMDH…Chris, there are ONLY TWO RACES in the world, they are white and black. There are different ethnicities but it doesn’t matter when even within those ethnicities the “white” or lighter ones in their society/culture typically distance themselves from the darker skinned members whether they are indigenous to the region or not.

Black people cannot BE racist as it is a position of POWER AND CONTROL which blacks, especially in the USA do not have. We don’t write or enforce laws, we don’t write or influence policy, don’t own major businesses or corporations so we can’t hire & fire, and we don’t influence social opinions with regard to social norms…not even in the ‘hood. Of course you – being white – will not agree with my point of view, but no matter.
Blacks can of course be PREJUDICED, but so what… it won’t change a d**n thing in society or the culture at large.

The Tavon Martin case is a horror. I agree with the statement made by President Obama completely.
But the headline above this clip is a lie.
“Florida Student Becomes Violent in Class Over Trayvon Martin Incident” As irrational as the girl is acting she makes it clear what she is objecting to and it has NOTHING to with Tayvon Martin. I understand the need to keep his killing in the forefront of media coverage. But seriously, is THIS girl the one you want to use ??? And I know that headlines are meant to titilate and draw interest but the senseless killing of Tayvon deserves more sober and accurate focus. NOT from some psycho-lunatic who senselessly and violently attacks classmates in a blatently racist way.

Your rant is stupid and racist. I would bet money if you are white that your ancestors were the big missy and massa on the plantation.

If you are black, were your ancestors the overseers?

Racism did not start with black people, it started when whites stole blacks from Africa, sold them in America and abused them until they were no longer useful, physically and sexually and killed them.

Before you bash my linneage, I will assure you my family owned no slaves. My family has been broke as a joke from day one.

Also you might want to brush up on your black history. 1/3 of African’s were enslaved to stronger African tribes centuries before the good ol’ USA came to be a country. It was the Spanish/Portugese who made it cool to buy and trades slaves way back then. Most African slaves were captured by stronger African kingdoms and then sold to Spanish, Portugues and South American countries and then more European countries joined in. These African kingdoms used the slave trade to build great weatlh by selling there own people. So,if your ancestors were brought here, then most likely, your family would have been slaves regardless of what you think. Blacks in America who are slave descendants, were the weaker people in Africa. Captured by your own and sold to the highest bidder. It definitely wasnt right and is a stain on the history of the US, but you should count your blessing for the opportunities you have here in the US. Could have been worse. You ancestors could have ended up enslaved in Somolia or somewhere equally bad. So nut up.

            African-American Lynch Mob
Posted by David Horowitz on Mar 25th, 2012

Is anybody else out there as sick and tired as I am of lynch mob racists like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton (vide: Tawana Brawley, the Duke Lacrosse kids) who don the mantel of the “civil rights” movement to indict non-blacks in advance of the facts, and incite racial rage against them? Yet that is exactly what they – and scores of black leaders — are doing to an Hispanic individual named George Zimmerman. Along with a cast of thousands, they are holding him guilty of racism before the fact, justifying a hatred, as inflammatory as the hatred once spewed by southern crackers against blacks.

There is no evidence whatsoever that race was a defining factor in the tragic death of Trayvon Martin. Notwithstanding the absence of evidence, this unhappy incident is now the occasion for school shut-downs, mass marches and public death threats by enraged African Americans, displaying behaviors reminiscent of the lynch mobs that were once a scourge of their parents’ generation in a now rejected past.

You think wrong. I dont see where a statement of fact would lead you to think, incorrectly, that I believe an idiot like Zimmerman had the right to kill an unarmed 17 yr old. I do beleive Zimmerman’s personal actions led to the beating Trayvon laid on him which led to his “claim” of self-defense. I do believe that had this moron stayed in the car like he was told by 911, none of this would have happened. Its his turn to take personal responsibility for his actions and face judgement…..

Therefore, I believe Zimmerman should be prosecuted and charged with manslaughter to some degree. I dont believe its murder based on the fact of law. But I do believe he deserves a long jail term because his actions were the sole contributing factor in Trayvon Martin’s death.

I like to believe I am fair; however, I am tired of people blaming whites in mass for all things wrong in the world. There are a lot of whites who do a h**l of a lot for the black community, not to mention all minorities, without expectations of personal gain. I guess a little appreciation mixed in with the hate would be nice….

For whatever reason, i am unable to reply to Lishelle RN. So this is to her.

I was merely replying to the Elizabeth’s statement, “she would bet money if you are white that your ancestors were the big missy and massa on the plantation.” Not using it to prove my situation can compare to the problems faced by blacks in the past and in the present.

In response to your claim dismissing the fact that stronger Africans tribes captured other Africans to sell and calling it a myth, well, you are obviously in denial. There wasn’t a white man in his right mind that was going to run around Africa capturing slaves. In order to build their own empires, Africans stole slaves from their families and sold them to everyone who had a dollar. The Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade was perpetrated by African greed every bit as much as the others you hold accountable.

Chattel slavery was a terrible situation in the US and I believe it was wrong. But that’s the way it was throughout the world, centuries before the US existed. If you were a slave in Africa 400 years ago, you were considered chattel. No matter who owned you; it’s the original form of slave ownership. Not condoning it, but the US whites didn’t invent chattel slavery.

As far as modern day slaves, I was one the TIPS (Trafficking in Persons) reps for my company in Iraq and Djibouti. Yes, I have been to Africa and have seen first-hand the indignities Ugandans, Indians, Philippinos and Nepalese face in these situations. The Muslims there are hash to say the least. I was able to help remove several people from very unfair situations. I have some hands-on experience in modern day slavery and I am familiar with whats going on in Mauritania, Sudan, central Asia, and the Middle East.

As far as the rest of your post, read my response to Peter D. Slaughter. I believe Zimmerman is responsible for the death of Trayvon Martin and should be charged with manslaughter for his actions. He needs to take responsibility for his actions. This does not give you the right to bash every white; however, you do have the right to bash whites as your god given right as an American citizen. Bash on, sister…

And have been the victim of bullying and violence due to my race. I believe the young lady in the video was rightfully upset. But to feel hatred and say hateful things about someone of a different skin color or origin is racist. Dr. King would be ashamed if he were to see the way his dream has been interpreted. I don’t think the situation is being handled correctly. The tragedy of Trayvon Martin’s death is a clear message as to how little we as a country have progressed with regards to issues of race. That young man died because of a man’s choice to act on impulses fueled by biggotry. We need to honor Trayvon Martin’s memory by UNITING regardless of color to bring his killer to justice. Do not let his memory be in vain. Do not let it stir hate in your hearts. Let it stir indignation for our system. Let it stir unrest until he has justice. But do not let it guide you to hatred. In summation, I will say I believe in one life and on love. Color should never be a barrier. Support Trayvons memory and justice!

Though some my find the sister’s actions appauling I understand her “double” frustration. She was frustrated with the “justice” system for letting the murderer go home and she is frustrated with people in our own community who don’t really care or take this as just another one of those things (you know like s@#% happens. Some of us are more upset at her for “acting out” than at Trayon Martin’s murderer.
Funny how some of us could be embarrassed by her actions but do not show any embarrassment when we; embrace the N word, blond our hair (telling the Caucasian that they are the standard of beauty), and wear our pants below our waist (showing no self-respect). Add that to a lack of action from too many of us in case after case like this one and an aware person’s frustion might come to boil and then explode.
My hope is that if we do really react to this murder that it will a sophisticated long term national strategy on our part that bring about the desired results for us in this, past cases, and any future cases.
Any strategy desirned around one religious belief would be inadequate because when took us from our land we were Hebrew,Christian,Muslim,Yuroba, and had a number of other belief systems. They did not care and had no respect for what we believed-they still don’t.
These murders will continue to happen until we as a people design a long term sophisticated strategy to build a unified financial infrastructure of our own that builds us respected power. This doesn’t happen to those who have power-real power!

We already KNOW about gang violence in black neighborhoods and try to address it when we can, but we don’t OWN many media outlets that can or will cover that senseless violence so we usually have to hear about it by word-of-mouth or (if we’re able to) go onto YouTube which doesn’t have quality audio/video and rarely any background information on why blacks kill blacks. I lost a son to gang violence because he was in “enemy territory” which I find absolutely ludicrous since those youngsters don’t OWN a d**n thing!! Are we honestly so tired of the deaths of young black men to become this angry…because if we are then lets march in the streets to protest all the senseless violence perpetrated against black men. Or is this just about exploiting the horrific death of Trayvon to promote an agenda? Today some black child was killed in the streets somewhere in this country…we all know it…do we know his name?

Hey I’ll respond to the video itself. This girl isnt having an honest reaction to the death of Trayvon Martin! She is expressing issues far deeper…threatening to kill 10,000 white people and threatening the white people in the room is indicative of what her true feelings are about. Long before Trayvon died this girl has identified all white people as the racist enemies, and her obvious belief is that black people only have to fear the white man. In fact, Justice for Trayvon is starting to take a back seat to the very political white vs black ‘blacks need to fear only the white’ narrative that this girl is responding to. However, as I have been trying to point out, it is a very well established FACT that blacks have more to fear from their own…black on black violence is far more common. And if black people are so tired of it…why weren’t we million man marching against it before last week? And by the way…if you don’t think blacks can be racist because racism requires the majority of one race in a society, you might want to ask the black people of Brazil or South American what they think about that?

I do understand and sympathize with her acting out. After all ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. It is not that injustices against African Americans have been perpetrated since the last decade or century but these injustices, rapes, murders etc have been going on over 400 years in the America. This woman has just had enough. would I have reacted this way, maybe not, but I am not in her skin. I don’t know what she has gone through in her young life. I think of how Jesus became violent when he beat and chased the “money changers” from Synagogue in his day.
the other students laughing, especially the Black students thinking that this was funny really annoyed me. THIS WAS NOT FUNNY. THIS WOMAN HAD HAD ENOUGH.I BELIEVE SHE HAD WITNESSED AND POSSIBLY EXPERIENCED THESE KINDS OF INJUSTICES HERSELF. I think that sometimes we as African Americans by our reactions and behaviors seen here in this video with the Black students laughing and taking photos etc help continue these injustices perpetrated on our people. In other words WE DON’T GET ENRAGED ENOUGH. WE DON’T GET MAD ENOUGH. To me this was no joke or laughing matter. As witnessed in the video and reading the comments here it it apparent that her behavior is excused when she attacks her fellow students and disrespects her instructor,I call that selective outrage. So many times you see the negro express outrage at their percieved wrongs all the while excusing any negative behavior by blacks! Last weekend 49 people were shot in Chicago and a 6yr. old caught a bullet to her brain pan while sitting on her porch. Where is the outrage? This week in Cincinnati a 4yr. old caught a 9mm in the a*s as 2 bros had themselves a shoot out caught in the cross fire. A few days earlier a girl got shot in the neck comming out of a phone store while 2 upstanding black men traded bullets. Get Al here we’re outraged! Last yr in Cincy there were 66 gun deaths all but 2 were black on black! The two that were white were some dum-azz white boyz who went to da hood and got jacked try’in to cop. I point out though they were probably killed by black thugs who saw an easy mark. I am outraged!! and to my friend stayz happy be careful of the honky cracker you may cross some may have a 45 with dum dums in their first clip outta 4,I’m jusy say’in.

If two black people are talking they stop and listen, they stare you down, they ask personal questions, they are just I want to know it alls.

Just stop and casually observe them, they must see, and must hear all. HILARIOUS!

I go to gym twice weekly and I have a partner on the bikes. We sit together and talk because we hate the bikes and the time goes quickly. This white guy comes and sit on the bike in front of us every day and will lean back to hear our conversation. He actually leans his head back, we laugh and laugh.

When white people pretend to be uninformed and learning, they’re hustling us out of our time and energy. This system is too precise, effective, and comprehensive to be run by sleep-walkers. White people are the best actors/liars on the planet. So be careful of those tears rolling down their faces.

That is why it is important for us to stay within a civil rights organization no matter what you feel about them they work. We do not support them we criticize them but we are not going to do anything but talk.

I concur that young folks need to hook up with those “out of date/style” civil rights organizations from OUR ERA that eventually got CHANGE for the black community. Their only problem is BEATING youngsters over the head with their religious perspectives all the time. We are an inherently SPIRITUAl people which Euronuts take full advantage of, but youngsters – and I – don’t BUY INTO. It’s the “Ham thing” we object to, seriously…slaves until the “rapture”…please; get serious. We ain’t buying into that anymore, which is why Trayvon was murdered.

“…all the killing would stop…” Not necessarily. Until black youth are taught that THEIR ANCESTORS BUILT THE PYRAMIDS ALL OVER THE GLOBE and take pride in their heritage rather than shame, the killings will continue. I DID my research on African history and I am proud and AMAZED at what my ancestors have accomplished throughout the ages…smh. I just saw the YouTube video of the young lady who became outraged over the Trayvon Martin shooting. I am very concerned for her because I understand her rage. As an African-American adult I am very ashamed to see other black students laughing, shooting videos etc. while this child went through a meltdown.

I was also ashamed to see a black male authority figure walk into the class and acted more as a bully than a decent human being. What was wrong with the teacher? As a former member of a law enforcement agency the first thing to do in a situation which become volatile is to remove all of the students from the class. No individual should have been allowed to sit in the room laughing and filming YouTube Videos, this allowed some students to be subjected to abuse.

I am very ashamed of your school and I am doubly embarassed seeing young black people behave in this manner. They made a travesty of the death of Trayvon and civil rights.

Seeing a white male sitting behind this young lady, get up, bend and yawn as if he was “BORED”, was disgusting. If you cannot do better than this as a college…SHUT DOWN!

Like so many others have expressed,we can all understand the frustration that this situation brings about, however we don’t do ourselves any favors as African Americans by lashing out at folks who had nothing whatsoever to do with an incident. I would have rather read about her going down to the police office in Florida and being arrested for trespassing than for this. It’s misplaced aggression. My fear is that some of us are going to use this tragedy as an excuse to act I seemingly or display bad behavior when in actuality they really don’t care about the issues at all. It’s like what happened during the race riots in Detroit during the 60′s. Some folks got so caught up in the moment that they were willing destroy their own precious communities just for the media attention. I’m hoping that this isn’t the case with this woman.

And yes she is an activist, she is a young university student that is sponsoring a bus ride to support and demand justice for the murder of Trayvon. Like another poster commented advocating was done by students in the past and such should continue on today. I may be wrong here, but again, she has all the symptoms. This can cause irrational actions.

I think we can all agree that her actions were irrational? Well, she may not have known what she was doing. It can happen to anyone, and certainly she shouldn’t be “punished” for it in any way, just educated so that she knows what the first signs are, and has a piece of candy handy.

I was also amazed to see a black male authority figure come into the room and instead of asking the students to leave he acts like a bully over an obviously stressed out student.

I have been greatly affected by this case. My sleep patterns have been different and I have been on the internet getting all the information possible. The only thing that has prevented me from having a melt down is that I have not had to interact with anyone. I am on sick-leave. I have stayed in prayer and I have signed every petition that I have seen. I have changed my profile on FaceBook to that of one wearing a hoodie. I have stayed in contact with Michael Baisden and Dr. Boyce Watkins ect. Hey, on second thought maybe I am having my own private meltdown. I will add this student to my prayers. We must begin to understand the time that we are living in, Black people are tired of injustice. If we don’t fight back as a unit, something is going to blow. Many African Americans “Blacks” are so mixed up by growing up and assimilating in this country that they cannot differentiate between reality and fantasy. After losing all of our African history, culture, nationality, land, language, traditions, religious beliefs etc. we were raised to assimilate into the Anglo-dominant versions of ‘everything’!
We don’t know what we are supposed to be we only know what we see and hear around us individually and under our varying circumstances. Most of us are unable to see the irony of our predicament. The oximoronic nature of our lives here in the US is quite insane, but like I said, most of us are unable to comprehend or see the insane ridiculousness of our dilemma. Most of us do not sit down and think seriously about who we are, why we see those like us unable to cope and how we mindlessly blend into this Anglo-dominant society and accept their studies, and lies, and religious beliefs, and deceptions as part of our regular way of life. While everything around us screams that we should all stop everything we participate in that is “white-washed” , and that we should think about how we contribute to our own demise, many of us are too settled into “the American dream” to see that it is a nightmare for blacks even if it does seem like a beautiful dream attainable for some. It’s madness that we seem unable to wake from. The only thing that snaps us out of the fantasies is the reality of being personally attacked, but for some even that doesn’t help snap them out of their “false reality”. Both The Republican, and Democratic parties are top-heavy Anglo-dominant, and many of our people have been drugged, beaten, and murdered under them. The republican conservative party is filled with the most racist of whites such as the KKK, (which have gone underground mostly and their numbers are much greater than ‘black’ people think), but they are not exclusive to the republican party and you must know that some are embedded as democratic politicians and members. We are ‘allowed’ to vote now, but because we can vote, the “whites” have changed the game so that our votes mean very little, even when they create the illusion that they do! Most of our children are raised to believe in a fantasy ‘God’ creature and all of it’s trappings, and now most of us never bother to consider ‘what’ our African ancestors believed in before they were murdered, beaten and kidnapped from their lands. Those lands were our birthright but the Anglo-elite now devour most of our African lands as they have our heritage.
I could go on, but very few are wise enough to use this information to see a clear picture of what we have become and how we still serve our ancestor’s white masters, but in insane ways, deadly ways, terrifying ways. Ways we cannot comprehend.

I have 4 sons living out of 5 due to inner city gang violence and I couldn’t figure out a way to decrease the nonsense until I let “sliP” that Euronuts encouraged the violence so they could harvest organs for some old, fat fart…I’m an R N so I know what I am talking about. I LEARNED patience the hard way…first with Euronuts and finally with my own people that took their anger out on their community…I understand.

As for the racist propaganda about “handouts”, just calm yourself and ask them to explain how the minority 13% of the population could POSSIBLY significantly impact U S finances to that extent. They need to look at the Trailer Parks and older “double dippers” who have a pension from their jobs and still collect Soc. Sec benefits as well. They get angry with me for pointing out such OBVIOUS details, but I give a sh*t. I worked THREE jobs at the same time, and the contract I signed with the government = FICA says I get paid for life. Let them stop my money and ya’ll can video ME gettin jiggy at the Social Security Office!! It won’t be pretty “Black Granny Goes Rambo At SS Office – news at eleven”

Hey Matt, Ms. Lischelle is on point! The true meaning of prejudice is to pre-judge a group by their race, greed, color, s*x, or religion. Black people can make a racist statement. However, the true meaning of racism is to deny a group their rights because of their race, greed, color, s*x, or religion. When have you ever known black people in the United States of America to deny any group anything? We did not red line housing, deny anyone the right to vote, wrote that someone is 3/5 of a person, segregated housing, or the arm forces!

So you are right…it isn’t POSSIBLE for blacks to be racist…prejudiced maybe, but not even THAT without CAUSE, such as being unable to drink from a public water fountain, or enter through the same door as whites and my personal favorite…KNOWING that you teach this c**p to your children!! Went into the women’s bathroom at a drive-in once, and a 5-6 year old looked up at her mother and said: “Mommy, that isn’t true…they don’t have tails like a monkey!”…ROTFLMAO!!! Amazing how White people always are nowadays quick to call a Black person racist, but you don’t hear a peep of them calling White people racist, even when their racism is blatant.

White people should have been removed from North American shores at the onset of their illegal arrival.

The big missy sat at court and watched all with a grin on her face.

And they want to know why black people are angry?

I am pass anger, I am OUTRAGED!

Now, they want to shoot our kids in the street! They talk about black on black crime, who had the money to import drugs and plant them along with weapons in black neighborhoods? Who owns the rat nfested properties where most black live? Whites. I get angry with black folk because they fell for the trap.

A white cop might beat or kill her because she broke down, but Trayvon’s killer walks untouched!
She had a nervous break down. The same kind of break down that occurs after “blacks” have had too much from the reality of an over-abusive Anglo-dominant society! This is why we wind up resorting to rioting every ten years or so, when one black person too many has been beaten or murdered by whites/police, etc., and especially the overt discrimination and abuses by a white-supremacist society which proves through it’s complacency and
passive attitude towards our suffering, to not give a d**n! Every statistic reads the same as to our oppressive social structure, but we have been lied to for so long that many of us have accepted all of these lies, and deception as the normal way we must survive, or live in this sordid land. At some point some will be further abused because they could not take it any longer. Meanwhile our black youth will fight in wars and join the police agencies to support the same system that oppresses us! Some blacks will criticize this woman because they are unable to see and feel what she does. That is how confused and convoluted our Anglo-assimilated minds have become! At this point she should get psychiatric treatment but this racist,
retarded, vile, uncaring system would rather hurt her and jail her. And still Trayvon’s killer walks free and unharmed! When we learn in these colleges and graduate, and hopefully find jobs, we ironically work in favor, and support of the same Anglo-elite white-supremacist social structure we should know despises and abuses most of us! Sooner or later the white supremacist may get their wish and turn on us with their greater supply of manpower and weapons, in order to finally annihilate us! So keep going to their schools and earning their degrees and their favor as they keep
picking us off with little fear of recourse, like they did Trayvon! Notice that the blame is not just on the one racist German Zimmerman, but on the whole white-washed system! The system we send our children to learn from!

I don’t see what is funny about this nor do I condone her actions. You may be fed up, you may be broken at heart and spirit over the murder of this child and for the crimes against people of colors that spans centuries. However there is a time and a place for everything. Under no circumstances do you make threats to another human beings life. What she did is no better than what Zimmerman did to Trayvon. This action added more fuel to an already raging fire. If she gets arrested or the teacher or students press changes this is really going to hit the fan. Her actions did nothing for the cause or legacy of Trayvon, it hurt it. This woman IMO had a epic meltdown due to just too much stress and frustration. She expressed what was in her heart and mind and she did it in a very public fashion where she went over the line. This is not good at all. I feel her passion for the unjust actions of many, but I don’t support the method in which she choose to express herself.

The only thing that Trayvon did wrong, he was born black. The cops that shot Dealow 42 times are still working the streets. Now how can you justify shooting a person 42 times? My God, My God. I too understand her frustration; and it’s obvious the cold-blooded killing of Trayvon Martin is too much for her to deal with calmly. I don’t believe she expressed her emotions appropriately; but I also believe she was having a mental breakdown. Someone posted, “there should have been a collective effort by the black students in the room to calm her down”, and maybe that would have been the right thing to attempt. t could have made things worse. I did see one woman attempting to talk to her, but that woman seemed to approach her too aggressively. The worst part for me was; the laughter from those filming her, what will it take for black people to stop thinking everything is funny. This young woman was obviously experiencing uncontrollable mental anguish; and all those idiots wanted to do was film and laugh. One of our problems as a race is; there are far too many black people willing to reveal to the world, ignorance, stupidity and violence against each other. The only time we’re supportive of one another is when someone from another race commits a horrible crime against one of our people. We’ll march, speak and riot; then return to killing each other once the news stops reporting on the story. Sure there’s abuse of our people, especially young black males; but what are we doing as a race, what are the black mega-churches, rappers, sports figures, and professionals in America doing to stop the violence against black people from the outside, and from within.

It’s unfortunate that black women have had to become the ones with the b***s in the black race while trying to rear, provide for and protect black children alone; while the spineless, cowering, non-chalant black males seek out more “feminine” trophy mates to love, “honor,”, obey and protect leaving black women and children to fend for themselves with no one to speak out and/or fight for them as apparently black males have no guts except when annihilating one another.

And as for those immature, sniggling black students in the class, as they find this woman’s nervous break down of justifiable anger a joke, they think that she’s the one with the problem.

It’s a pity when modern day slaves have become so conditioned to their own genocide [and fratracide] that they think that the slaughter of another innocent child or person who looks like them, their Mother, Father, Sister or Brother is just another day in the neighborhood and of no significant consequence worthy of being upset or angry about. Any black person in America who isn’t angry has to be retarded and/or plain STUPID.

The rabid hatred that the beneficiaries of first class citizenship and financiial opportunities offered by this country, as provided by those who built this country whom they hate and exercise that hate against, is going to be the demise of this unjust violently maligned country sooner than the ignorant realize. There is such thing as karma and spirtual responsibility and this country, founded on slavery and violence, will pay for its obsession with the destruction of the black race. The time is nigh. The spirits have spoken.

As for the self hatred it has instilled in the victims of enslavement who would rather sniggle at, and/or aid and abet in their own demise, you too will pay for your role in aiding and abetting evil versus walking in the Light of rightousness. Right is right and wrong is wrong. Each person choses which side they elect to be on.

Wrong is easier for the weak and foolish, whether it perpetrated against you, your own kind or others; and you must suffer the consequences of your decisions somewhere down the line. However, the biggest fool has to be those who side against themselves [aka "their own kind"]. For the not so bright, its one in the same — you and/or your own kind is one in the same, especially on the first tier level of ethnic delineation, as there is only one race on Earth — the human race.

This is what happens when you push people to a limit, and you go on with life as if the world is alright. Or worse, you blame those who have been pushed to the wall for pushing back. I was stunned to learn that Trayvon’s did not deem it fit to address his schoolmates over his murder and offer counseling for those who might need it. And it has been a month. What were they thinking! Did they think he was a piece of disposable garbage? Did they think his friends would not miss him, mourn him? Such complicit silence is really louder than a thousand thunder rumbles and reverberates deep and long. I hope that instead of mindlessly punishing this young woman for outburst, her school helps her to understand the root of her frustration, take positive steps to allay not only her fears, but also those of her classmates. If she has to be punished at all, it has to be balanced by providing a safe outlet for such frustrations. So far, Florida authorities have failed abysmally in this area. It reinforces the overpowering belief that black peoples’ lives are worth nothing in this country. This has to change. Post racial America is still a loooong way away.

Trayvon’s passing has left me with many sleepless nights, thinking about how to constructively bring about change for myself and other black brothers. I watched the tape as well and while I understood her anger and frustration; there is nothing constructive or positive in her outbursts of profanity laced tirade. Let’s not dishoner Trayvon’s passing in this manner, because trust me, he has clearly been dishonored enough by his murderer and the Stamford Police Department. Evil and hate comes in all shades of skin color. Don’t think because she behaved in such a manner that her anger and frustration is deeper than mine, yours or anyone’s else. I mean surely that is not the solution or recommended behavior. There was nothing constructive in her outbursts. All she did was left everyone paralized and frozen in shock; hence the pictures and laughter. That is what people do when they are shocked by unusual behavior. The whole message was lost and she got expelled from school. Nothing achieved!!! Don’t believe that there are white people who don’t hear Trayvon’s cry and hurt deeply as well. Don’t be blinded by the possibility that there might be black people that could care less about his passing. Use the pain, anger and frustration for a greater good. Don’t buy into the great divide of hate, because trust me, the real racists are hoping; actually counting on that. Why? Because when that happens, they win!!!

I agree the Brothers and Sisters in the classroom should have tried to get her to calm down if that didn’t work, security should have been called for the safety of all, black and white. The classroom did not seem hostile yet I don’t know if the Sister had a close friend or relative killed by a racist which may have set her off if that is the case she needs to find a non-violent way to show anger. I personally know rage my maternal grandfather was killed by two racist in Alabama coming home from work so I understand rage, but it must be channelled in a positive, and productive way. Dr.King understood this thats why he chose non-violent means. Violence simply breeds more violence. All white people aren’t bad and all black people aren’t good.Peace and Power to the People.

I am sickened by the actions of the others as well as those in my community who are not fighters yet appreciate the person who took the video. She just threatened to kill everybody white person in the room! Plus no one has the benefit of knowing how she’s conducted herself all quarter. She was probably a problem from jump. All we have is a snapshot of the moment. The movement will have a leader, but it definitely won’t be her. Black students joining in on her attacks would have just added to the tension in the room. Most of my friends HATE white people,. and they ain’t ever owned any slaves. But for a sista to stand up there and act ignorant like this just puts yet another bad mark on our race. What was done to that child was wrong,.. but wasn’t the offender spanish? GOTTA TAKE IT OUT ON THE EUROPEANS AGAIN!! I hear my brothers and sisters cussing whites out daily,. saying they would kill them. JUST BECAUSE they are WHITE. Why is this not a hate crime? AND YES I AM BLACK. Grow up people.

      Mr. Colubus,
While I am not in the position to argue your claim to being Black, I can tell you that statistically speaking, there are few Black perpetrator on white victim crimes that aren’t put into the media or in which the perpetrator goes free. If there is a case like in which that happens, it is more often than not placed in national media as well as televised court.

As per your assertion that Zimmerman is Hispanic, this is true. He is not white, but this does not take away from the fact that regardless of the color of the perpetrator, the victim being black has had a long standing of injustice in this country. This goes to much of how society views Black people as a whole. As I said in a previous post, I do not particularly agree with how she went about expressing her disapproval over the situation, it does not mean she was wrong in how she feels or felt. There are many currently in this day and age that feel the same way, but do not have the courage to stand up.

Do not get me wrong… I believe that Black people have enough problems within their community just as there are outside of the community, but that does not mean that things of this nature should go unpunished. This criminal “justice” system we have has a history and verifiable status of incarcerating Black males at an inordinate rate for offenses that sometimes go without investigation… it is time for things to change.

When you understand your history you won’t need to say such ignorant things and your need for white validation won’t be so great. You hear the laughter, see the pulling out of phones to tape it. I stepped between two black guys, both bigger than me, and stopped what started out to be a shooting. After I talked them down, one guy thanked me, said I was right and left the store. Everybody stood by watching & laughing, I left my phone, credit card & pocketbook on the counter, because intervention is just that important. When will we learn to embrace each other instead of degrade each other. Others won’t treat you better than you treat yourself.

Sad,I understand her frustration and not sure why she choose to express it in this setting or in this manner. She just became entertainment and for some, validation of “bad behavior among people of color” and a bunch of other stereotypes that those with small minds will use. I think she was “off” because she was attacking any and all who disagreed with her- unfortunately I could not make out what she was saying. What is the point of saying anything if people cannot hear your point. The point of this is her acting out, not her frustration with the terrible situation. I am as angry with the incident and it will not go away because time passes. There are too many “missteps” for it to slip into the darkness.
What I do not need is another brotha/ sista acting a fool in the moment and ending up behind bars because emotions could not be controlled.
What we be thinking if it was a Muslim who was upset with the recent killing of 19 in Afghanistan and acted this way?

I agree completely and eloquently written. I truly like the Rene Dance response up above and most of the responses in regards to racism and its inner linings thru out the laws made since this u.s.a country inception and along with the inner linings of our under funded inner city k-12 on up to our African University and Colleges. Our culture is under Extreme attack and has been for 400+ years or last just write since our existence into slavery. History is interesting and never seen thru the eyes of those who live it thru books because we did not write the books nor live the life, so, if your not in power of the society, your culture is a polluted view of those who have incorporated sanctioned slavery thru economic and trade means and this is what we fight today as a people. But, also lets keep it real, the rap videos that exploit our Perfectly Beautiful made sistuhs does not exactly promote someone I would love to bring home to my parents and marry, its just the opposite, a one night stand and i am done and i am sure this is not the message CIVIL RIGHTS, FREEDOM RIDERS and other such groups fought and gave their lives valiantly for, and lets not forget the gangs in the hoods. Sure, slavery disconnected the African family by the wrongful imprisonment of our African Men, BUT, how long can this be an excuse for our own SELF INFLICTED WOUNDS TO OUR PEOPLE. My Granny would say to us youngins often, that, “when you know bettuh, you should do bettuh”, and how many African Millionaires and Billionaires have given up on our youth across the country. Our African kids are amongst the Brightest and most Intelligent in the World, why not invest our finances and time in them as the other cultures do and harness such a rich rich rich soil covered in the BLOOD of YESHUA HAMASHIAC=JESUS the ANOINTED CHRIST. The devil works hard to destroy us, but we sure help the cause, and this comes from a 45 year old African, Native, Italian American from Chicago West Side, who firmly gives back raising 2 at University and 2 in High School and reaching out to our Minneapolis Saint Paul African youth of those WHO WANT TO ASPIRE GREATNESS from a BIBLICAL Perspective and turn around and teach the lessons they’ve been taught as it was in the old days of our Ancestry. Today’s young people should pay closer attention to what is happening around them and act to prevent the situation that resulted in Trayvon Martin’s death. To many people allow laws to be passed that have the potential to rob us of the civil rights we fought so hard to gain. In the sixty’s it was the students that lead and participated in protests against injustice and the same attitudes need to be developed today. She IS being punished accordingly by lots of whites who continue to delude themselves that she committed a “hate crime” or was being racist, White Boy. Because you weren’t raised in the black community you don’t get to choose who we condemn or support for their public behaviors…keep that in the white community amongst your own peeps if you don’t mind.

And for the RECORD…black people cannot be “racist” as it stems from a social power base and we don’t have such “power”. Even Albert Einstein stated: “Racism is a disease of white people.” so if you want to argue the point, take it up with him or another white person that is similarly DELUDED into believing blacks write laws, change social norms or even own anything that effects the lives of those around them without care or concern if it is for good or ill.

Most of the black pple thought it funny. The whites didn’t laugh but found it astonishing that she would be this affected. What an awful shame, and the wrath of the Lord will be forth-coming –sadly

I totally understand how this young woman emotions got the best of her. Trayvon was and always will be a part of my family,he and my son Nicholas were friends since the 3rd grade. They also attended middle school together as well as high school. Their friendship could not denied,Nicholas is a wreck over this horrible tragedy. I constantly catch my son crying uncontrollably as he stares at Trayvon on a blasted T-shirt,looking at Trayvon on FB and watching through old pictures. What happened to Trayvon has impacted the world, but I know the damage first hand. We love and miss you Trayvon, love Nicholas and family.
