Yourblackworld reported on February 27th that Philadelphia Mayor Nutter had been caught on tape spanking a blonde woman at a bowling
alley. Mayor Nutter also allegedly convinced a local news affiliate from airing video of the spanking.
According to sources at the Philadelphia Daily News, Mayor Nutter talked local station Fox 29 out of airing a video that showed him spanking a blonde with whom he drank and bowled at a local bowling alley.
The video was captured at around 2am by a Fox 29 viewer and, after the network began an investigation of the mayor’s late night activities, the footage was shown to Nutter’s communications secretary.
Nutter then allegedly summoned Fox 29′s news director Steve Schwaid to City Hall to discuss the video. It was after that meeting that Schwaid reportedly told his staff that the video would not be aired without being personally OK’d by him.
Mayor Nutter has yet to address these allegations.

I don’t know why we are always being told about private, off hours, personal, stuff about our politicians. I just want them to do a good job in Government and could care less about who they are sleeping with, or spanking! Let him have a good time, as long as he is doing a good job. It’s really no one’s business what he does in his private life. Unless it is against the law, which I don’t believe this falls under.
