It seems that no matter what First Lady Michelle Obama does or doesn’t do, some people are just determined to hate her. Author Elizabeth Cline says that the First Lady’s choice for cheap and imported clothes are an insult to Americans, but is it also an insult to Americans that the First Lady is wearing exactly the same clothes as most Americans? The First Lady is wearing clothes from J. Crew and GAP, which are popular American stores. Would Cline prefer that these companies close up shop?

I never heard of Elizabeth Cline but all of this sounds to me like a hint of jealousy.I don’t understand why we as black women have to always talk in a hurtful way why can’t we compliment each other and say good and positive things.I think Mrs. Obama is a classy dresser and lady and she certainly sets the example that we can dress cheap and look good the majority of black women can not afford expensive clothes so I say if it fits well and look good on you as well as others then wear it.

Everyone should attempt to buy American at all cost and the First Lady should in fact set an example for all Americans.

There goes another piece of trash running her mouth and GARBAGE comes out. If I have to read one more comment made by another stupid b***h, I will have to stop reading black voices. There is nothing wrong with what she wear.ELIZABETH CLINE needs to stop hating. When we as women stop hating on each other about our clothes our hair then we can come together. First Lady Obama is her own women and she surely don’t have to paid BIG PRICES to prove that. Just be her self with CLASS.
