Jennifer Hudson has announced that she plans to return to television.  The megastar who’s endured some tragedy in recent years is planning to come on television as the star of the TV show, “Smash.”  Hudson just finished testifying at the murder trial of William Balfour, who was convicted of killing Hudson’s mother, brother and nephew.  But in spite of the challenges, she keeps on keeping on.

Jennifer Hudson was first introduced to us on her television appearance as an American idol contestant and now she is coming back as a star on “Smash”.

According to the network, the academy award-winning actress has reportedly been booked to appear on multiple episodes on the NBC  musical drama.  “Smash” is on it’s second season.
