A man who was out on bail is accused of murdering two 9-year old twins and their elderly babysitter. The man, Deandra Marquis Lee, was out on bail at the time on a felony gun charge. He’d also been acquitted of double murder and numerous other charges from the year before. He was a member of a gang and had a long list of arrests. The question to be asked is “Why was he out in the first place?”

Indeed awful, but did he murder 2 children or 4 children? As,twins means two. But, you state 2 twins, which is a set of two twins, making 4 children. Whichever, the number, how awful. Also, more important why was this man walking the streets?
