A man who was part of a trio that kidnapped some California school children is going to be released from prison. Of course, the victim’s families are not happy about his release, even 35 years later. The crimes for which he was convicted are heinous beyond imagination. At the same time, there are people in prison for drug crimes who will never see the light of day.
