Maxine Waters has never been afraid to fight, and she isn’t backing down now. Waters is getting in the face of the Tea Party and challenging them on whatever issue, on whatever turf. The tough representative out of Los Angeles is a God-send for oppressed Americans, and is using her time in Congress to make a difference.

Most Democrats are fearful of the groundswell which ushered in the Tea Party in 2010, but not Rep. Maxine Waters.

During her speech at the 5th annual House District 7 Unity Dinner, the California Democrat accused Republicans of waging a war on women and attacking Obama at every turn.
