The Ku Klux Klan is a terrorist organization which harassed and murdered blacks for over a century. And instead of fading into the segregationist past, the group is steal kicking, and trying to adopt highways.
A KKK outfit in Georgia attempted to adopt a highway in the mountain region of the state, but was denied by Georgia officials. At that point, it seemed that the fight was over, but the KKK felt that their first amendment rights were being violated, and apparently the ACLU agreed.
You don’t see Nazis in Germany trying to make it back into the mainstream and pretend that they’re a respectable organization, but the KKK in America just won’t go away:
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) plans to help the Ku Klux Klan in its effort to adopt a Georgia highway.
ACLU of Georgia Executive Director Debbie Seagraves told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that the civil rights group will help the Klan in its legal battle with Georgia.
The KKK applied to join the “Adopt-A-Highway” program along part of Route 515 in the north Georgia mountains. If the KKK had been granted the right to adopt a highway, it would’ve been given a highway sign in its honor.
Georgia officials denied the KKK’s request, setting up the legal showdown.
Seagraves says the ACLU is defending the KKK’s first amendment rights.

These are the same mountains some of these heathens hung Black people. There is an area called Stone Mountain in Georgia where the klan was terrorizing and murdering Black people for decades!
That area used to be full of redneck klanners, but negroes have since moved in the area and built churches with a caucasian jesus hanging on their walls!
I have never seen so many backward chicken-hearted negroes that exist in Atlanta. Those negroes are still saying ‘yes sir and no sir’ to crackers!
