Baltimore County Delegate Warns of “Roving Black Youth Mobs”, Asks Gov. to Send in State Police

Racial tensions are high in Baltimore, after a politician sent out documentation telling citizens to watch out for “roving black youth mobs.”  Some feel that a recent attack over Memorial Day Weekend has led to race baiting by those who fear the black population in the area.   The warnings have been made by Patrick L. McDonough, a delegate who just happens to be a Republican.  We’re sure his solution is to lock the kids up when it might be less expensive to help them get an education and access to jobs or recreational activities.

The heat is still turned up in Baltimore County after a delegate warned back in May of  ”roving mobs of black youths” at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, causing some to ask if he’s playing the race card.
