Dwyane Wade’s Ex-Wife Goes to Jail

The drama continues.  The ex-wife of NBA star Dwyane Wade went to jail right before Father’s Day for not returning the kids when she was ordered to do so.  As Wade works to win his first NBA title, his ex-wife is trying to get a criminal record.  What’s going on in this family?

Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade is pushing to have his ex-wife’s visitation rights revoked. This latest issue came about when Siohvaugn Funches-Wade allegedly refused to return the couple’s two children to the airport after their scheduled visitation was over.

Wade won sole custody of the children in a long court battle in 2011. His lawyers have filed an emergency motion to revoke Funches-Wade’s visitation.

Erica, His mom is gonna stay out of it cuz that’s her money line.
Personally I THINK something is not right with the whole situation. None of knows exactly what went on when they were married. Some people are not who they seem and we find out later.

He’s as pathetic as her if he justifies controlled visits and sole parentship.
    I hope he drops that.
It’s hard letting go of your kids when you love them.
Maybe she had a break down at the airport.

She’s a beautiful woman. She should avoid going to jail at all costs. Some women are raped in those jails by male guards. There are rape cases going on now in Alabama with the Justice Department looking into it.

Nobody knows what went on in their marriage, why is he trying to take/strip her of everything? Joint custody would have been fair but I guess if he has sole custody he has no child support to pay.She better start thinking because if she keeps up the fight any money she got as a settlement will go to the lawyers and she will end up destitute. His mom is a pastor they should get some Godly counsel and stop this mess

Erica I really hope you have the same “Godly counsel” attitude when it comes to men who struggle with a bitter and vengeful ex while just trying to be the father their kids deserve.

Some women want to have their cake and eat it too. She should behave more responsible, and if she can’t, then her visitation rights should be revoked before she does something to hurt the children as a way of getting back at Wade and his Union. I can already feel that this woman is unstable emotionally, and may well be a danger to the children. Let the courts take heed, and do what is right for the children….

He’s sooooooo fine……Oh sorry, well she should have brought the kids back on time. Whats far is far. If she had won custody, and D’Wade did the same, he would have been in trouble with the law too.
