Not every Atlanta resident is happy about the shows that present their city to the world. Some are saying that the shows focus on the glamorous aspects of the city, which tend to be racy and dysfunctional. The residents aren’t just complaining about the issue, they’re putting together petitions demanding that some of these shows be taken off the air. Should they have the right to tell shows like “Real Housewives of Atlanta?” Some think they should, and they are tired of the ignorance.

It appears that there are residents of Atlanta who are not happy about new realities shows focused on the city of Atlanta, considering them to be embarrassing and inaccurate reflections of the city they know and love. Kelly Smith Beaty, writing for the Huffington Post, says that these shows do not present the real city of Atlanta and portray it for what it is: A place with good people, with good values and incredibly high achievements.

I have never seen so many backward azz negroes in my life. ATL is the new L.A. (LOST ANGELS). L.A. used to be the land of the freaks (free) and the home of the gays (brave), but now the ATL has front row seats.
Those negro females in Atlanta love each other too! The finer they are the more they love each other. Some of those ATL housewifes are bi-s****l, so do the math.

This article is a pleasent surprise. It answered mt question about what happened to the intelligent Black people in this great city. The night life is top of the line but it does not rightfully identify the great life you can have from being a part of what makes Atlanta a great City. The program Real Housewives of Alanta is a joke and should be viewed as entertainment only. The beautiful Black Women and Men I know in Atlanta are nothing like these clowns on that program. They try to dress like them but they have no class,just a*s. I would teach Nee Nee Leaks how a real woman conducts herself and have the respect of all men and women that know her.Her past would be a dead issue.
