Poppo was sleeping alongside a busy highway when the attack took place, and it has changed his life forever.

When Black people arrived here in shackles and chains they were African black men and women. It took 200 years of slavery and depravation plus another 200 years of Jim Crowe laws to get this n****r moniker thats been our second name for so many years. But I ask the question: Who’s really the n****r? The African black men and women who came here in chains? Or, the methodical,dispicable,psychopathic,evil people that brought us here. I’d say those Africans had a pretty d**n good team of instructors teaching them how to be n*****s!!!!

If you would all keep a close eye on this American civilization you might just see that we are all going insane! Some faster than others and some in more graphic ways. There’s no need to point a finger at anyone anymore. Everyone has some form of mental dementia, but most are unable to recognize it in themselves as well as those around them. What’s worse is that those who have the power and wealth are insane as well, and they are inadvertently assisting other powerful people to experiment and abuse populations here and abroad! It appears that no matter what we do or say we are part of a very criminal social structure which is feeding off the carcasses of the world and we are all doing our share to promote it just by existing here, buying useless goods, etc., and paying taxes.
I don’t know what caused this incident with “cannibalism” to happen, but I’m going to take a guess and say that, something stinks all to h**l about this, and many other strangely insane occurrences everywhere.

Hey, it’s a dirty job but somebody’s got to do it… If I was a cop and saw someone b**t naked eating off another man’s face on the sidewalk in broad daylight turn and growl at me I would of shot him too. Then I would of walked over and shot him in the head to make sure he was dead for sure. If he was white I would of shot him twice in the head after putting him down. Right mind or not some behavior is just not acceptable. Chewing off a man’s face has no place in society and should be put down immediately.

Tasers do not work on Zombies. All this did is increase the demand for the drug called Bath Salts.
Growling is a precursor to attack. If you gave a verbal command to a civilian and they had blood dripping from their mouth and began growling at you and was within leaping range you may due to the cut backs in local budgets not have the luxury of carrying a taser. Tasers are for overemotional defiant people bullets are for stopping zombies and persons of a homicidal mindset. It was clear that a homicide was taking place. The man was acting like a predator guarding his kill and was willing to kill the police officer. It had human form but the mind was reduced to that of a predatory beast. I agree with Nancy…”Just say no to Drugs.”

Milwood, not sure if you’re aware of this, but tazers often don’t work on people that high on drugs. That’s probably why he used his gun instead. NOT saying he was right killing, but that’s probably the rationale behind it. Those on drugs very often have pain deadened and so something like pepper spray or even a tazer might not even be noticed.
And Sylence … I agree with the others. And it doesn’t matter whether you’re Black or some other race. The “N” word you used is NOT cool. It has a long history of being used to demean the Black race, and was used to describe property during the days of slavery. Try to think about that before using it again. I know I’d appreciate your thoughtfulness. It’s just a horribly ugly word …
