Stephanie Humphrey, an expert on technology, says that companies are increasingly asking for access to your Facebook password as a condition of employment.  It’s not illegal for companies to ask, and not illegal for you to say no.  But if your company is putting that kind of pressure on you and you really need the job, what can you do?  That’s a tough one.
