Normally, we don’t take The Daily Caller’s word on anything. They’re a right wing rag. But Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee is notoriously hard to work for, and her tantrums are the things legends are made of, evidenced by her extraordinarily high turnover rate.
So when Jackson-
Lee decided to support anti-bullying legislation, and The Daily Caller interviewed a former staffer, we listened, and got an earful.
The blog interviewed a former staffer who made the sad assessment that Jackson-Lee is more abusive to her black staffers than to her non-black staffers:
“‘You stupid mother-effer’ was like a constant,” one former staffer told TheDC. “Like, all the time. But the interesting thing is she would really project that behavior more towards her African-American staffers. She would have other ethnic groups in the office, like interns or whatnot. But it was really her African-American staffers who she felt comfortable enough to really curse out. … This is something we always talked about. We chalked it up to her just feeling more comfortable acting out her aggression toward a certain group of people versus others.”
But this is what the Congresswoman had to say when her anti-bullying legislation hit the House floor”
As we saw recently with the viral video of bus monitor Karen Klein being verbally assaulted, 21st century bullying has reached beyond its previous scope of only affecting young people,” Jackson Lee said in a statement. “Now, our seniors are getting bullied, there is bullying in the workplace and some would even suggest that there is bullying between the two parties on Capitol Hill. When will it all end?
The Capitol Hill newspaper Roll Call even noted the irony in an article which read, “while some say Jackson Lee is a bully, it turns out she is against kids doing the same thing.”

SJL is WELL-KNOWN for being a self-important bully. Most people know that bullies often bully out of a sense of low self-esteem. It should come as no surprise that the queen of bullying is the queen of inadequacy. She is ONLY in office because of her district – a ghetto anomaly in the otherwise prosperous state of Texas. She is a frequent (and easy) target of local radio talk show hosts due to her utter absurdity and arrogance (made even more infuriating and humorous by her utter absurdity). She is the one you’ll see whenever something is important going on arriving early so she can sit up front and play queen. Yes, queen. That is truly how she sees herself. Ruling class, keeping her racial cohorts in their place.

Quite often African American women in higher positions (supervisory, managerial or political) feel that they have to be agressive (bullies) to their staff. Well, news flash, this does not show that you are good in what you do. Anything, it shows that you lack morals, consideration, ethics and diversity.
Wake up, you do not have to be a ***ch to be good at what you do.

Erica, this is common knowledge down here in Houston….it is absolutely true. NaNa….has nothing to do with trying to be a “Strong Black Woman”, “Strong Woman”, or even just a “Strong Boss”.She is a power hungry b***h that treats people like s**t. The story above has been told over and over again by past staffers and/or current ones remaining anonymous to keep their jobs. When asked what money she used to go to MJ’s funeral and Africa she refused to answer. At a Town Hall meeting one of her constituents was asking SJL a question when SJL’s cell phone rang. SJL answered her phone in the middle of the question and saw nothing wrong with it.This is how far out of reality she is…..doesn’t have to deal with the little people….she considers us a necessary evil.
