Facebook has an embarrassing way of catching up with you, or at least that’s what the Assistant District attorney of Brooklyn is beginning to realize. Justin Marcus is dealing with the backlash of photos of himself in black face and a rasta wig surfacing on the internet. As if that was not humiliating enough for Marcus, there are also images of his simulating a jail house rape scene — ouch.
These picture are from a Halloween Facebook album back from Marcus’ college days. In the photo of him in black face, Marcus was impersonating a jamaican as the photo caption read, ” What part of Jamaica you from mon? da beach mon.” Another album features Marcus and a friend simulating s*x in a jail house behind bars.
DA spokesman Jerry Schmetterer spoke in regards to the matter, stating that implying that Marcus’ actions were not out of any intention to insult or offend anyone. In defense of Marcus, Schmetterer said that “this is something he did about six years ago while he was in college,” “He apologized. He admits it was childish and inappropriate.”
Marcus decided not to comment to the press on these images but did apologize for having offended people with those photos. Charles Hynes, the District Attorney in Brooklyn, accepted Marcus’ apology. It does not seem as if MArcus lost his job over the micro-scandal. The moral of this story is that if you ever intend on ending up in a position of power, be sure to erase any humiliating photos of yourself — especially when you decide to put on black face.

The fact that this “man” (i use that term loosely) is the district attorney in Brooklyn and still lacked the common sense/knowledge that acting that way on a social networking site would be a bad idea is just mind boggling but not surprising. Quick tidbits in Honor of Derrick!
One the Constitution is a unsigned document nobody is obligated to – Bowers v Devito “…the government has no duty to protect any individual as elementry as police services…”
Two a judge cannot hear a complaint unless there is “evidence” of a complaining party and that can’t be the cop!
Three, a judge does not have “standing” to hear a case unless there are two elements in a valid cause of action. Corpus Delicti(crime) which are injury and damages claimed by the plaintiff. He must have evidence of both not just one.
Four, the sudonym “State of XXXX” is nothing more than the prosecutor himself because if there is no victim he has no evidence of a complaining party.
Go to Marcsteven.net and watch a few videos and read a few articles. Stick with it my man. I used the stuff in court just like this guy told me and it ucked the judgand courtroom up because I made them contradict themselves. I studied the script so much I don’t even need to read the questions from the paper anymore. Stop these crackers in their track quick with their own crappy legal opinions. I am happy to see that there are some Black folks who speak the truth about the racial differences between Blacks and other races. One of our biggest problems is that we don’t make these crackers contradict themselves. I am a North America born Black man with Native North America ancestors and I seen the fall of the Black American Man in the late seventies and early eighties when the influence of drug dealing became prevalent with the influx of West Indian’s in the crack trade in the major cities. They also came into the job sector and literally licked the white-man’s a*s clean pink to cut any Black Americans throat. I classed these m**o along with the Oriental, Latinos, Russians Jews, Isreal’s Jewsand all races like Nigerians who were brainwashed to feel that all American Blacks were lazy and no good bums that were a blight on the whiteman’s perfect society. Now I had a lot of west indian friends I grew up with, and many where ambitious and aware that Black Americans put in work so that they could benefit in this bigoted nation. We have a lot of Black brothers and sisters still brainwashed thinking they are citizens, can vote to make a difference and are treated equal until a cop puts his foot in their a***s. Then they want to be pro-black! Ha-Ha! Shame on whoever wrote in the article that it was just a “microscandal”. The fact that this just happened six years ago means that this is recent. This reveals the mindset of that thing. How can one expect the district attorney in brooklyn to be fair when prosecuting anyone Black. This is indeed a wakeup call and not a call to stop from putting ones sick depiction on facebook. For the life of me I don’t understand why whites feel the need to impersonate blacks with egregious stereotypes at a Halloween party or any gathering where only their own are present at the party. I know their brain cells are rather limited and therefore they can’t fully see blacks beyond a stereotype because that is how they are program to think. This image is silly and I don’t give a d**n if this happen when the man was in college. He knew better and there was nothing funny about the photo or what he was trying to imply with this image. I have never in my life seen a group of black people dress up as whites, mocking their race but I consistently see whites engage in such barbaric behavior all in the name of “having fun.” I know whites have an obsession with black people. Otherwise, they wouldn’t spend so much time talking about us, following us, or constantly attacking us in an attempt to have us believe we are inferior and so forth. I can’t comprehend the mindset of white people and I don’t care to try. Only a sick, inhuman mind is control and obsess with something as small as skin color to dominate their way of thinking or viewing the world. Look at the history of white people throughout the world and their interaction with people of color. Same story over and over … the story they don’t want to hear if it doesn’t glorify their whiteness. h**l we all remember the backlash Chris Rock received over a tweet that was basically telling the truth about the 4th of July. White people’s history consist of violence, corruption, hate, and an insane need for domination base on racism. Nothing more or less.

I’m 43 years old and a large part of my life has been spent around White people. Going to predominately White schools, living in White neighborhoods etc. I’ve noticed VERY juvenile, uncivilized behavior in THESE people. So when I see stuff like this it makes it all the more evident of the TRUE “nature” of THESE particular people. We should never be surprised by something like this. It has been going on for years. It started in the times of slavery with minstrel shows. And Thomas “Daddy” Rice who invented the character Jom Crow that perpetuated horrible stereotypes of black people. With all the racism that we see in our society, why are we surprised? We need to come together and let everyone know it’s not okay. They shouldn’t be afraid to do something because they fear a beat-down from black people, they just shouldn’t do it because they know it is wrong and ignorant.

Spanish and the Portuguese started slavry first. The Portuguese used to send vagrant Portuguese children, as slaves in India, in order to accomodate “well” with the climate.
Africans didn’t have any chance against these professional, experienced caucasoid criminals. Some slave traders sold both Africans and whites in the new world.
They were whipped, raped, tortured, and killed before the Black men and women, who took their place for economic reasons. The white slaves were too weak to work in the fields.
This was the beginning of the Afrikan slave trade!
