Missing 7 Year Old Boy Found Dead at the Bottom of Pool

A missing 7 year old Philadelphia boy who has been missing since Friday was found dead at the bottom of a swimming pool.

Isear Jeffcoat was dropped off at daycare, but went missing during a visit to a local pool. That was the last time anyone saw him. Although police searched for him on the day he went missing, it was difficult to find him in the pool because the water was so murky.

Sources told police that there was a disagreement over a floatation device shortly before Jeffcoat disappeared.  Police searched surrounding areas, including the boy’s home, before finally finding him in the pool.

Police do not suspect foul play and believe this was just an unfortunate accident.
