Survey: Most Kids Say that School Is Too Easy

We all know that the public school system isn’t giving us what we deserve as a country.  This is especially true for people of color, too many of whom enter the world unprepared to be successful.  But a recent survey is showing that many kids think that school is too easy here in the United States.   This is not surprising, since many inner city schools don’t even require their students to take books home, in many cases because the schools don’t have any books for the students at all.

America leads the world when investing in wars, corporate welfare and the building of prisons.  Does this reflect the future of the country that we know and love?  If America’s educational system is any indication, we are in for a rough century.
