Is this a joke. Her sister died, so how did obamacare help her. Did obamacare allow her to lie on her deathbed a little longer and suffer a little longer?

obamacare is being implemented in my state right now. For the first time i have a $10,000 out of pocket to pay for any hospital stay. i cant afford the neck surgery i need. i may have to pay it up front. my eye doc and all my docs say i have to pay up front now for their copays and xrays. a doc visit that used to charge me a copay of $15 up front, now costs $40 copay, $150 upfront for mri and $16 up front for xrays.
