Congolese Warlord Sent to Prison for 14 Years
The sentencing of Thomas Lubanga has been a welcome sight for those who’ve heard anything about his reign of terror in the Congo. The International Criminal Court appears to be gaining teeth with such sentencing, and we can only hope that the sentences are fairly distributed around the world and not just focused on the continent of Africa.
