The city of Chicago is welcoming the help of Min. Louis Farrakhan in the fight to clear the streets of Chicago of it’s spike in violence.
“Whatever we can do to help stop violence, I’m for it — no matter who it comes from. Just like CeaseFire. They have ex-offenders helping to stop the violence. It doesn’t matter, as long as we can stop people from getting killed,” Ald. Walter Burnett told the Chicago Sun-Times.
“I don’t agree with some of [Farrakhan’s] statements. I don’t agree with everything everybody does. But, I do agree with people who are trying to help us save lives.”
Ald. Leslie Hairston says that she is “in regular conversation” with Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam to find ways to curb the violence in the city.
“They are extremely well-organized. They are known for their discipline. That brings attention to the community,” Hairston said.
“Any group that is willing to do something to help fight the violence — they’re welcome.”

I just watched a movie called “Everyday black man” on BET. The msg in the movie was clear:
The Nation of Islam has gone from converting criminals to decent citizens, to drug dealers that take over legitimate black businesses.
The tax paying black citizen can expect no help from their govt paid black police.
The old black man must stop the young black man singlehandedly and set himself up for prison or death.
He who has the power to stop the violence, just might be the one who started it.

Farrakhan must turn the “neighborhoods” of Chicago into “communities” that are organized to protect and assert their own interest. Anything less will not do. We must do this in Black and Brown “neighborhoods” around the country. We must turn this situation into the 3rd Reconstruction.

I AM HAPPY, PLEASED AND HONORED THAT MINISTER FARRAKHAN AND THE NATION OF ISLAM HAS TAKEN THE GAUNTLET IN THE CRUSADE IN THE CONTINUING FIGHT AGAINST VIOLENCE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOODS IN CHICAGO.I FEEL THE COMBINE EFFORTS OF FATHER PFLEGER AND MINISTER FARRAKHAN IS A WIN WIN SITUATION BUT WE STILL NEED THE HELP AND CO-OPERATION OF THE COMMUNITY AND OTHER COMMUNITY AND CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS I.E.OPERATION PUSH, 100 BLACK MEN, IT TAKES A VILLAGE.

Farrakhan does not need the blessing of Chicago Officials. This really should be the other way around.
