FBI Raids Several Government Offices in Trenton, New Jersey
On Thursday, FBI agents conducted a raid in Trenton’s City Hall, only a day after also raiding the Mayor’s home. The FBI also raided the homes of the mayor’s brother and one of his campaign donors.
While the FBI was not specific, they stated that they had several other search warrants. On Thursday, the seized several items including boxes, folders and documents.
City business administrator, Sam Hutchinson, spoke about the raids saying that they would be conducted over a two day period. He also mentioned that the office of the Mayor was being raided; Mayor Tony Mack.
On Wednesday, 46 year old Mack spoke out saying he had not done anything wrong. He said this after the FBI had raided his home overnight, as well as raiding his brother’s home and that of a businessman who is a campaign donor. The Mayor’s brother is Ralphiel Mack, and the businessman is Joseph Giorgianni.
