The way you work could be impacting your health. According to a recent study, people who work night shifts, rotating shifts and other irregular shifts have an increased risk for heart attack and stroke. The finding matters a great deal to those who think that we can miss sleep each night and still be OK. Not getting regular rest not only increases the chances that you might suffer from depression, it also changes your bodily functions, increases your heart rate and stresses you out in ways that you might never imagine.

Working ANY shift is hazardous to your health when you work around caucasoids!
No matter if it’s a 9 to 5 or shift work; these honkeys will drive you crazy!

This is true…..when i started nights AND a rotating shift. I was so different and completely stressed out. It just wasn’t normal for me to sleep doing the day. Now i been working the night shift going on 5yrs now and if i dont get 6-8hrs. Sleep i’m completely stressed out!!!!:-( Alot of times when i get home i bath and go straight to bed. The one thing i CAN’T STAND…..when i lay down and my phone rings. Its usually someone who slept all night while i worked ugh….that burns me up lbvs
