Restraining Order Filed Against Woman Accused of Stalking Usher

I think that we can agree that this has not been a good week for the singer Usher.  Right after his son is declared brain dead during a Jet ski accident, a restraining order is filed against a woman who thinks that she’s his wife.  In spite of the challenges being experienced by his family right now, Usher was in court dealing with this woman and her foolishness, which is where the judge put the smack down on her.  Maybe now the man can have some peace and be with his family.

After going through the horrible ordeal with his son, Usher can put at least one sad piece of news behind him.   A deranged woman who showed up at Usher’s house claiming to be his wife has been hit with a restraining order.  Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw had been arrested at Usher’s home on June 24th after being told to stay away from the singer.  This led to police taking her into custody and taking her for a mental evaluation.

Usher appeared in court this morning to deal with the situation personally.  That’s when the judge told the woman to stay away from Usher and his kids for a year.
