Tina Knowles must have really wanted to get rid of her Texas mansion, so much so that she would cut the listing price down from $3.499 Million to $2,962,500 to make sure that it sold.

Last year, the mother of superstar, Beyonce, put the Houston mansion up for sale at $3.499 Million but nine long months passed without a buyer. The beautiful home finally sold this summer for $500,000 less than she had originally hoped for.

Whoever bought the home has landed a great deal and a beautiful home which boasts five bedrooms, five bathrooms and magnificent swimming pool and gym with a huge media room, all sitting on 2.6 acres.
