Wyclef Was Planning to Perform for the Republicans, Then Changes His Mind

Up until this week, Wyclef Jean was scheduled to perform at the Republican National Convention.  That is true no more.  The artist pulled out, after some were wondering what in the heck he was thinking.  Jean had always been a strong supporter of President Barack Obama, and some were speculating that his decision to sing and dance with the Republicans was a signal that he was no longer a fan of President Obama.

Papa Jube, a part of Wyclef’s team, wouldn’t comment on the matter, only stating that Wyclef was definitely not going to be performing.
