“BOOM, Just Like That”: Silver and Bronze Medalists Say It’s Time to Stop Talking About Fourth Place Finisher Lolo Jones

The media fell in love with Olympic sprinter Lolo Jones. I mean, how could the s*x-driven American media not fall in love with an attractive female virgin? So in the lead-up to the 100m hurdles finals, all eyes were on Jones, and to the disappointment of many, Jones got smoked by Australian first place winner Sally Pearson, and American second and third place finishers Dawn Harper and Kellie Wells, respectively.

After Jones’ fourth place finish, the American second and third place winners thought they’d be getting some attention from the media, but it didn’t happen. All of the stories after the race focused on how Jones didn’t medal in the race. And Wells and Harper made their frustration known during an interview with NBC Sports.
