A judge is refusing to preside over the divorce of a “pregnant man” and his wife, arguing that the couple’s marriage was not valid in the first place. Thomas Beatie is seeking a divorce from his wife Nancy, and the proceedings are forcing very difficult questions about what defines a man vs. a woman.
Beatie and his wife were married in Hawaii in 2003.

Moonhead, you are spot on! I am sick of reading these racist remarks from you Derrick. Every article that you comment on are just too much. Im a black woman, but I think if you tried a little more to search within and love yourself, you wouldn’t be so angry. Yes, there will always be racism, but i you worked on yourself more, I think you’d be a little happier and racism would be less one more person. Imjustsaying.

First of all, this isn’t a man, and the media needs to stop referring to her as such. But, this part is for Derrick. How about all the black son of a b*****s, that do the same thing? There are just as many of blacks, that are homosexual too. There has to be something ill with you, to make everything racial. You must be a very wealthy man, to be able to spend every waking minute of your life, spewing racist garbage. You can’t possibly be employed, unless you are self employed, which I doubt.Racism, is alive and functioning in the world, but you use racism like it is something that you cherish, not abhor.

These demon/devils don’t really know who and what they are; THEY’RE ALIENS! These demon/devils are from another planet. Anytime a fe-male BECOMES a male; than SHE IS STILL A MALE BY CHROMOSOMES!!! She can’t detach herself from being a fe-male no matter, how many muscles and hairs are on ‘her’ face.
The same with a male, who BECOMES a fe-male. YOU ARE MAN-MADE; you are not BIOLOGICALLY a wo-man. If a plastic wo-MAN can’t produce, it is still a man; and if a ‘man’ can’t produce; it is still a fe-MALE! NO IF’S ands OR BUTTS (pun).
