Nike claims that its production costs have gone way up, and that’s the reason the company will be selling its Lebron James tennis shoe, Lebron X, for $315. A 
more likely reason for why Nike is choosing to raise the price of its Lebron shoe is because it can. Nike couldn’t have missed how their $200 Jordans always sell out at breakneck speed, so why not raise the price? A person who is stupid enough to buy a $200 shoe is probably stupid enough to buy a $300 shoe, right.

to purchase these would be simply “foolish”. let them sit on the shelves until they drop the price to say, $50.00. or ten cents. That’s what they paid to have them made in China, I bet
