Large numbers of Sudanese people are dying in a refugee camp near the South Sudan. As many as four children are dying each day at the Batil camp. Over 170,000 people have left for camps in South Sudan after fighting began north of the border.
“What we are seeing here in this camp in nothing short of a humanitarian catastrophe,” Helen Patterson, medical coordinator for Medecins Sans Frontieres.
Most of those who’ve died in the camp are children under the age of five.

Man I hate to hear things like this, but then you say how else will we know these terrible things are happening in the world? I know if this was an issue in another place with a different race it would be all over the News, but because it’s in a Third world country we would not have known if it wasn’t for our news, I really hope people get this out the best way they can and i hope we all find it in our hearts to try and help these people the best way we know how.

Now if Beyonce and Jay z were truly humanitarians they would send money to this camp and provide water wells, and plenty of food. But they want to be arm chair humanitarians or shake it up in the u.n. for publicity.
