Liar, Liar: While Running For Gov., Romney Lied About Tax Returns While Simultaneously Trying to Get Them Amended

For Mitt Romney, every day is Ground Hog Day. Meaning, he’s using the same cheap tricks now that he used while running for governor  of Massachusetts.

Take his tax returns for example, Romney still refuses to hand over multiple years of returns. But as MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow reported last night, Romney did the exact same thing when he ran for governor of Massachusetts. Back then, Romney said he was a resident of the state and had filed as a resident on his tax returns, and paid Massachusetts taxes. He handn’t. He lied.

What’s worse is that when Romney was caught in that lie, he blamed everyone except himself.
