Romney Chooses Medicare Slayer Paul Ryan as V.P. Nominee

In what has to be his first bold move Romney’s made since he began his run for President,  Romney chose Paul Ryan as his vice presidential nominee. With Paul Ryan, Ayn Rand has risen. Ayn Rand, the woman who espoused libertarian nonsense until she needed the government to pay her medical bills, is Paul Ryan’s hero.

Ryan boldly proclaims as his ethos replacing Medicare with a voucher program, and funneling tax dollars to the rich. And just in case you’re not familiar with Ryan, here are a few other things you should know:

According to Think Progress, Ryan wants to replace “the current tax structure with two brackets — 25 percent and 10 percent — and cut the top rate from 35 percent.” Ryan’s budget would cut mostly programs which benefit the middle class and the poor.
