Imane Boudlal is suing Walt Disneyland For Not Allowing Her to Wear Her Muslim Scarf, i.e. Hijab, to Work

A former hostess at a Disneyland restaurant  just got the green light from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to sue her former employer for not allowing her to wear her Muslim scarf, i.e. hijab, to work. Imane Boudlal, a Morocco-born U.S citizen, filed the complaint with the EEOC in 2010 when she discovered she could wear her hijab to work after studying for her US citizenship exam.
