Experts: Apple Might End Up Suing Google Instead of Beating around the Bush

Experts are starting to wonder why Apple and Google don’t just tangle in court, as they are dancing around one another like two superpower countries supporting rebel groups in a series of small regional conflicts.  The lawsuit that Apple has filed against Samsung is being seen as a proxy for the bigger battle between Apple and Google.

Google is the company that designed the Android Operating System on which Samsung relies.  The Android system is a key and persistent theme of the on-going legal battle with major financial consequences.
