Harley Joseph has been fired from LaGuardia Community College in Long Island City, Queens because he allegedly offered a high school girl money to let him suck her toes. According to city investigators, he allegedly offered her “as much money as she wanted” to comply with his request.
The High school student who received the perverse offer is a student at Middle College High School. The high school is based on the LaGuardia Community College in Long Island City campus where the janitor allegedly approached her.
The high school girl reported that Joseph first started his inappropriate behavior when he asked her for a lunch date back in November 2011. At the time, the unnamed high school girl was not too disturbed by his request for a date.
