The American Civil Liberties Union is accusing the Charter School of going too far, saying it’s school policy on pregnancy is “in blatant violation of federal law and the U.S. Constitution,”
The Delhi Charter School policy stipulates that any student who is “suspected” of pregnancy will be made to take a pregnancy test. If the students is confirmed to be pregnant, then she loses her right to attend school on the campus and must either transfer to a different school or be home-schooled.

Well, I can’t say that I approve of teen pregnancy, however I do know that an uneducated individual will have very little chance to provide for that child and therefore will likely lead to an increase in welfare mothers. My advice would be to specifically speak to your children (male and female) and those who do wind up pregnant, you make sure that they end up with a job or some form of work in order to provide for their offspring.
The ideal would be that the children would not be participating in such intimate activities, however as history tells us this world is rarely ideal.
