Mother Kills Daughter in High-Speed Police Chase

A mother who was allegedly on drugs is now going to spend the rest of her life regretting her behavior. Errika Dominique Shelton killed her 7-year-old daughter, Queniya Tykia Shelton, during a high speed chase from South Carolina Police.  The little girl was ejected from the car and died at the scene.

Police say that this was not the first time that Shelton has run from police.  She did the same with Georgia police in 2011 and hit two cars, according to Operation Rolling Thunder.  She only stopped when she ran out of gas, according to police.

In this case, the mother was wanted by the police in Greenville for failing to appear in court on charges that she’d failed to stop when officers tried to pull her over.ou’re going to get caught,” he said.
