Many would agree that the reason why it is not a good idea for teenage girls to have babies is because they usually do not have the financial standing and more importantly, the maturity to take care of the babies. It is then difficult to understand how a 64 year old woman can be so reckless with children that were left in her care.
Martha Bagby is a Sacramento woman who is accused of child endangerment. Over the weekend, the 64 year old grandmother was arrested for child endangerment because, according to sources, she left her 5 year old granddaughter sleeping among scattered drugs, drug paraphernalia and even knives.

These young mothers need to keep they legs close in stop handing they babys to family members that do drug i say lock the mother up too she knew the grandmother was doing somekinder drug.. wtf
