Usher’s Ex-Wife Filed Motion For A New Trial In Custody Battle

It appears that Usher Raymond’s ex-wife Tameka Foster-Raymond was serious when she stated she would “fight tooth and nail” to keep her family together. Reports are claiming that last week Foster-Raymond’s legal team filed a motion for a new trial in a Fulton County court in Georgia. The court documents contain evidence that could possibly prove corruption at the state judicial level. Foster’s legal team has uncovered evidence that shows Usher Raymond’s attorney, John Mayoue, did more than just help Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane raise funds for her campaign re-election. The law firm that represented Usher held a fundraiser for Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane in 2008 that raised $1,278. The money raised was nearly half of the contributions to the judge’s re-election campaign in 2008. Tameka alleges Usher’s lawyer served on the judge’s re-election campaign committee.
