Brian Banks, Man Falsely Accused of Rape, Signs with a Pro Football Team

Brian Banks was a high school football star, when false rape allegations destroyed his entire life. He was sent to prison for five years, and only released from a California prison after his accuser confessed that she made the whole thing up.

Now, Banks is getting a second chance at the age of 26. The linebacker has just been signed to the Las Vegas Locomotives of the United Football League. This isn’t exactly the prime time experience that Banks would get in the NFL, but could serve as a stepping stone for better things to come.
