A 21-year-old woman was dragged off of a park bench and raped by a Level III s*x offender in a popular New York City park early Saturday morning, police said. Jonathan Stewart, 25, who was released from prison last year, allegedly took a seat beside the woman in Hudson River Park around 5:15AM before abruptly attacking her. The victim told police Stewart attempted to start a conversation with her before striking her in the face. After striking her, he attempted to strangle her and dragged her into some nearby bushes to rape her.
“This is a true victim,” a police source told reporters. ”She is a really good girl. She was just in the park, enjoying the scene.” After breaking free from her attacker, the young woman found a city parks police officer who notified other officers in the area. Shortly after the incident was reported, NYPD officers recognized Stewart nearby.
The woman was taken to a local hospital where she was reported to be in stable condition. Stewart was also sent to a local hospital following his arrest. Stewart, who was homeless at the time of Saturday’s attack, was released from prison last year after serving seven years for robbing and sexually assaulting a woman in 2004. He had been on parole until July. The violent s****l attack is the second this month within the city’s parks.

Again, a social by-product of a larger problem! Too many black leaders NOT sounding off. The President’s second term must address the systemic marginalization of People of Color in this nation….

If you sanction the re-victimization of anyone within the prison industrial complex there is a strong probability that the perpetrators within that system will come out and continue the rampage. Street justice imposed on and inflicted by those who have no power within the prison system eventually come out and realize that their debt to society is never paid.
Where there is no mercy, no mercy is shown. If there is a death penalty for rapists it should be imposed universally. This would take out all perpetrators period. No more b**t buddies in prison by way of flipping through imposition. You cannot sequester rage and stoke it and expect a peaceful release back into society. They will pimp your daughters when they find that they can’t get a job because they have a felony on their record.

If this dirty b*****d, is convicted of this crime, they should give him the death penalty, but first they should tell the other inmates what he did, and let them have their way with him. If he receives anything less than the death penalty, he may some day be released, and commit the same crime. Our woman, should not be afraid to go out no matter what time of the day it is. These animals, are the ones, that should be afraid.

It sounds like an institutionalized person using his characterological weakness to plot a path back to the institution that enabled his survival from a society that would not enable law abiding behavior. The neural pathways that support the impulse to victimize with the extreme prejudice that this person did has a demonic imprint. This behavior is built from experience that is violent with a rage generated by being victimized by someone who was much more powerful than himself. This type of victim reclaims his power by becoming the predator and victimizing others to the point of it being an obsession that drives him. He will rely on external controls. It is the only safety for himself and others.
