Al Sharpton has started a new movement to combat inner city violence. For the last four weeks, the MSNBC Politics Nation host has been overseeing a movement that monitors different corners in the city between the hours of 11pm and 1am.
Having just preached in Detroit to get people to take action and join his movement, Sharpton spoke to a group of people in Harlem. Amongst the crowd gathered, were members and volunteers from his National Action Network .
Speaking to the crowd, Sharpton said,

@Michael Lofton
It’s better to do “something” than “nothing.” Playing the BLAME game will not save a Black mother from the news of a dead son. Like Chicago, the entire community has to work together to stop our youth from killing one another. If Rev. Al is not profitting from his efforts to stop the violence, I dont see the problem.

1. Race baiting no good Reverend Al Sharpton is not fit to give advice to any inner-city resident.
2. Reverend Al Sharpton, Reverend Jesse Jackson, etc., etc., are not elected officials sworn under oath to serve any inner-city resident.
3. The actual elected officials, public servants, and lawyers who could make a difference, who include President Barack “the Magic Negro/Food Stamp President/Illegal Alien Kiss a*s” Obama, Congressman Jesse Jackson, Jr., etc., etc., have contempt for the oath of office, and residents of the inner-city.
3. Past and present elected black leaders,…..President Barack Obama, Clarence Thomas, the Congressional Black Caucus, other elected black leaders at the County, and City jurisdictions of government, and/or other individuals in positions of influence have betrayed or neglected the inner-city…….
…….and now these individuals condemn the youth, gangmembers, etc., etc., for acts of violence when a failing, inept, elitist, self-serving elected black leadership is responsible for many of the depressing economic, social, and political conditions in the inner-city, that is driving the U.S. black community into extinction…..conditions such as:
4. “un-Equal Justice and Protection Under the Law
5. Serious Constitutional violations by agents and officials of government targeting innocent black men and women in the inner-city while elected black leaders, lawyers, etc., etc., remain silent, play games of deceit, or conspire with the perpetrators to further oppress inner-city residents.
6. The “break up of black families for profit” promoted by black social workers, probation officers, dysfunctional elected black leaders, etc., etc.
7. No good jackleg poverty pimping preachers who have been stealing from the black community for decades.
8. The promotion of the “Welfare State” over “Free Enterprise” which is promoting high unemployment and contributes to the demise of the black community.
9. Many other realities too numerous to mention here…..
…..conditions that make it extremely difficult for any inner-city resident to remain cool, calm, and collected……and this is especially true for inner-city black men or youth, these individuals being the least likely to be competently represented…..all while elected black leaders sworn under oath and mandated by law to serve the inner-city remain silent.

It would behoove the black youth, inner-city black men and women, who are angry and who have a right to be angry, to ignore Reverent Al Sharpton…….to channel his or her energy constructively by exercising the Constitution to remove from a position of influence elected officials, rogue police officers, unethical social workers, probation officers, and/or other public servants from a position of influence, by filing claims for redress against bad government…..
………..rather than killing each other, rioting which will subject black men and women to be killed by police officers and/or the National Guard, or destroying his or her own community.
