When Paul Ryan was asked about his views on rape and whether or not it should be legal for a woman to get an abortion if she’s raped, he failed to allow the reporter to finish his question before quickly replying, “Yea. Well. So, I’m very proud of my pro-life record. And um, I’ve always adopted the idea– the position that the method of conception doesn’t change the definition of life.”

In an attempt to not deter voters from voting for Mitt Romney, he quickly reminded viewers the extent of his responsibilities if he gets in the White House. “Um, let’s remember, I’m joining the Romney-Ryan ticket. And the President makes policy. Uh and the President- in this case, the future President Mitt Romney- uh has exceptions for rape…”
