This is Why Conservatives Hate the Government

Conservatives despise government because they believe government gets in the way of people exercising their freedom. Yes, we need police and infrastructure, but some government officials like to throw their weight around and force their will onto the will of the governed, or so say small government advocates. And sometimes, when we see examples this sort of government overreach in action, we understand, at least for a minute, why libertarians and republicans find big government so deplorable.

The most recent example comes from Harrisburgh, Pennsylvania, where a non-profit organization, Green Urban Initiative (GUI), grew a city garden as part of city’s Adopt-a-Lot program.  Sounds good right?
