Olympic champion Gabby Douglas showed up at the MTV VMAs and looked amazing. Douglas appeared as Alicia Keys performed her new song, “Girl on Fire.” As Alicia sang her song, Gabby appeared on stage, doing flips and an amazing routine that got the crowd excited.
Then, while these two superstars were doing their thing, Nicki Minaj came out afterward, setting the stage on fire even more.

Gabrielle was phenomenal. Gabby was the nickname used for years when she was growing up. It is not white people giving her the nickname. She is a teenager and would like to go by her name Gabrielle. Period.

I have a friend by the name of William, and he said he gets tired of them calling him ‘WILL’. There’s a newslady by the name of Anqunette, but they call her [Q]! THAT’S DISRESPECTFUL

If y’all can recall, she does not want to be called ‘Gabby’ any longer. She said, she would liked to be called by her REAL name, which is Gabrielle.
