One of the things that many little girls are challenged to overcome are unrealistic expectations about their body image.  They see women in magazines who look perfect, and have intense pressure to meet these expectations.  This can lead to unhealthy conditions, such as anorexia or low self-esteem.

Well, leave it to Tyra Banks to try to come up with a solution.  Tyra is going to host an event dubbed the “Flawsome Ball” to benefit the New York City girl’s club.  The term “Flawsome” is a mix between the words “awesome” and “flaws” to help little girls to realize that you don’t have to be perfect to be an awesome diva that receives love and respect from everyone.
