Aretha Franklin Reveals She May Be Halle Berry’s Not So Distant Relative

It has only been a few days since it was revealed that Halle Berry is related to former Republican vice presidential candidate, Sarah Palin, and now it has been revealed that Halle Berry could be tied to yet another celebrity.

Aretha Franklin has also come forward as a possible relative of  the Academy Award-winning actress.

Franklin, an 18 time Grammy award winner, announced, in a press release, that she is looking into the claims of a family member who says that Franklin and Berry’s grandmothers were first cousins.
