Arkansas State GOP Candidate Supports Death Penalty For Bad Kids

There is no law but God’s law- that’s a line you hear conservatives use quite often. But to adopt such a notion is to live in a theocracy, not a democracy, and the Founders have already made that choice. What is striking about these right wing zealots though is how often their Christian law ends in the murder of other human beings.

Just last week Kulture Kritic reported on a Romney campaign worker who supported executions for welfare parents. Now a GOP legislative candidate in Arkansas, Charlie Fuqua, has written a book in which he says “rebellious children” should be executed. The book, aptly named “God’s Law”, reads as follows:
